Board Meetings
Board meetings are held
quarterly, the first Tuesday of July, October, January and April at 2405
Grand Avenue, Fifteenth Floor. The meetings start at 5:30
PM. All members are invited to attend.

State Networking Meetings
Twice a year the Missouri
State Director will host a State Networking meeting. This meeting is an
opportunity for the State Officers and the boards of each local
association to come together for brain storming, idea sharing and to
conduct the business of the state.

Annual Missouri
State Meeting
Each November the State of
Missouri holds a meeting to conduct the business of the state. All
members are invited to attend this meeting. The Council Director sets the
agenda for the meeting, but it usually consists of speakers and official
business. The meetings are hosted by the different local associations.
The Insurance Professionals of Mid Missouri hosted
the 2009 meeting in Boonville on November 13 & 14, 2009.

Regional Conference
IPGKC is a member of Region
V, which consists of Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota, South
Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Once a year a three day conference is
held for members of the region. Numerous speakers and educational
sessions are presented along with business that needs to come before the
region. The 2010 Regional Conference will be held in West Bend,
Wisconsin on March 25-28.

National Convention
Once a year, usually in June,
a National Convention is held for all NAIW members. This event is
filled with educational and networking opportunities. The convention
location is different each year. The 2009
convention was held in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Fall Weekend
Fall Weekend provides an
opportunity for members of Region V to come together in a relaxed
atmosphere for networking and a program presented by the Region V Vice
President. This September event is held over a weekend in varying
locations.
